2.接到重要信息反馈,24小时内给予用户满意答复,国内三日内到达现场,国外用户实行电话、传真、邮件方式在10日内给予答复。

3.随货提供:工厂检验证书/质量证明书/检测报告提供配件,提供安装技术、调试服务咨询对大型工程项目,根据技术合同/标准要求进行生产、检测,并配合用户现场指导严格按照ISO9001质体系管理工作控制,严格按照合同、标准供应。

服务说明:

客户在使用过程中如发现产品不能正常使用,可向本公司销售服务部咨询,并阐明合同号、供货时间、执行标准、规格型号、材质、使用环境、故障情况以及相关的详细内容。
